It's been a busy week of work and getting ready to go back to school. Our store is getting ready to kick-off Christmas and begin teaching Holiday Card classes next week. Lots of prep. I'm not even ready to start thinking about Christmas.

SEEK

Finally got to scrap for me again this week. This is a page I made for the One Little Word Challenge Blog. After attending my HS reunion last week, it really got me thinking about how much my life has changed for the better in the last 12 years. Sometimes all it takes is a strong decision to SEEK happiness instead of dwelling on the negatives.

20 Years

Yep. It's official. I'm old. Steve and I attended my 20 year class reunion on Saturday night. The Class of 1987 partied like rock stars at the Amherst Eagles. We all pretended we didn't have to get up in the AM with our kids and drank like silly kids. Needless to say, I paid dearly Sunday morning when my 38 year old but had to get up outta bed. I'd do it all again in a heartbeat.

my new late night online hangout (no not porn!) Scrap In Style TV. i love the crazy stuff they sell and the awesome girls that post there. i bought their kit this month and I never buy kits since I work at A's. i should go to bed.

playing scrapjack again.

this week's jack is a page by Wendy Bretz. I got to meet her (way cool/nice girl) at a crop in April. i haven't played scrapjack in quite a while and this jack seemed to call to me.

the pic is from the day I met Wendy and the BamPop paper was a little gift given to me at that very crop by my fab friend Shelly. made sense to me.
