I would love some guidance for using all my "old" supplies- making them new and exciting on new layouts.

CK Giveaway!

Good Monday Morning! I am back and ready to start my first full week with NO KIDDOS home! We had a great summer but it was definitly time for them to go back to school!

How about we celebrate my quiet house with a giveaway?!?

Creating Keepsakes has a brand new Special Issue out this week - Budget Friendly Scrapbooking. If you are like me, you spend way too much on supplies that don't always get used. This special issue will give you ideas on using up those supplies in new and unique ways.

I have a couple of pages in the book. Here is one that shows how to use sketches to plan your layouts and stretch your supplies. You can see more of the book in a special sneak peek right here!

Want to win your own copy of this Book? Simply leave me a comment below to be entered! I will pick a winner next Tuesday morning September 5th!

a Jillibean Page

This one went up on the Jillibean Blog Thursday. I mixed papers and products from Blossom Soup, Spotted Owl Soup and Watermelon Gazpacho to get that Red, White and Blue color scheme. you would be surprised at how many different color schemes you can achieve by mixing up the collections already in your stash!

Another Two Pager

Posting a second time this week with another two pager that uses only 4x6 photos! My pile of Winter photos is getting smaller and smaller. My two little guys got to go onto a local news program in January ad model for my friend who is a professional face painter. Pretty spooky faces huh!?! I used MME papers on this layout. I am a huge fan of Jenn Alysson who designs for them. I love everything she creates as long as it doesn't have glitter on it. :)
