Prima!

I got to play with the June Kit from The Scrapping Spot. I had never used Prima paper before so it was such a nice new treat. The colors were perfect for the pile of photos on my desk waiting to be scrapped.
Today was beautiful. Looks like summer is close. Cooper graduated from Kindergarten tomorrow. How did the school year fly by?

Work In Progress

Shelly and I always agree that one of the best things about Scrapbooking is all the great artistic people you get to know. Trish Turay is one of them. She is the brains behind Work In Progress kits. Every month she puts together elegant, stylish kits. Besides the beautiful kits and fantastic design team, she maintains one of the most inspirational and up to date scrapbooking blogs. Today she has posted some very nice words about me and I cannot thank her enough for her generosity.

Trish gave me her April kit just as a token of kindness and friendship. To top it off - she has asked me to be the June guest designer for WIP. To say I am honored is a complete understatement. Check back at the end of May to see the fun I got to have with her very COLORFUL June kit. I'm already digging in and playing to the wee hours of the morning!

not really Pink Paislee

so the paper isn't "Pink" but it is Pink Paislee. I got to play with this new paper in my May "Lunch Break" Kit from PaperJamStudio. The sparrow was made with my new Cricut cartridge.

I've been making tons of pages lately. I love these spurts of creativity that come when you least expect it. So glad that NSD is behind me and that work is back to it's normal but crazy pace.
