Jillibean Layouts

Whew! What a fun and crazy week. The kids are home, the pool is open and Jill and I are busy putting the finishing touches on the new Jillibean Summer Releases. We are less than a month away from CHA and I can't wait for everyone to see the new designs and products.

I had a new layout on the blog today alongside of some other great layouts from the Design Team. Be sure to pop on over to find great ideas for Summer pages!

Last Day!

Today is the last day of school for the boys. As of 3:10pm I now have a 2nd grader, 4th grader and a junior in high school. I simply cannot believe how fast this all going. Max is already halfway done with High School! I have to admit, I am looking forward to not packing lunches, doing homework and trying to make the bus every morning. No sleeping in on Friday morning though! Max is leaving bright and early for his flight to San Francisco with Grandma and Grandpa. Lucky kid! Not too many teens can jet off to California on the first day of break. It was his only time to go with his extremely busy schedule.

I thought I would share a few pages that have been on the Jillibean blog.
Bonecrushers mainly uses papers from the Monster Stew Collection! Monster papers for a sports page - pretty clever huh!?!
Cutie Pie mixes paper from the Chicken Noodle line. This collection had a "farm" focus but like all of the Jillibean papers, the patterns are so universal, they can be used for anything!

15 at 15 uses the new Watermelon Gazpacho papers. For some reason the colors are a little off. I need to spend some calibrating time with my scanner and monitor. They just do't seem to be friends right now.

Ok, back to work before they come home. I'm drawing stamps today...I can't wait to share!

Back again.

Whoa - does anyone else feel like May is the new December?  The past month has been insane with sports and all of the end of the school year activities! I went to tournaments, concerts, awards banquets, field days, field trips, portfolio sharing and more. I'm beat and we still have four more days of school!

We did find some time over Memorial Day weekend to head down to Columbus with the little guys. Max was too busy with baseball to join us, not a surprise. We took them to COSI, the Zoo, Dave and Busters, Magic Mountain, the movies to see Pirates of the Caribbean 4, swimming in the hotel pool, and two trips to Sonic! Talk about being spoiled all in one weekend. I barely took any pictures and simply enjoyed being away from my computer and spending time with my kiddos.

I am literally buried under deadlines for Summer CHA products. Jill and I have been furiously finishing all of the last minute details. The new lines are simply amazing, the best yet. Jill posted this sneak peek Friday on the the Jillibean blog. What's not to love about Typewriters? Just wait until you see the rest.

I'll be back later this week with some projects to share!
